Customized and Approved Design

We provide a unique site tailored to your brand. Your design will not be a duplicate or out of the box template. The process involves creating several design options for your review and approval, after which we proceed to design the rest of the site.

Responsive Design

The website is designed to adjust and resize seamlessly across various device sizes, from large monitors to mobile phones. This includes the optimization of elements like the navigation menu and buttons to suit different screen sizes.

On-Page SEO

We optimize page meta tags and preview images to enhance the discoverability of your pages on search engines. This ensures that each page shares the correct information when shared online.

We provide secure, reliable & fast hosting for our clients websites. Let us worry about the hosting technology so you don’t have to. We provide all the setup and support for your hosting account.

What is included in our hosting plans?

• Free migration from current hosting to ours
• Free SSL certificate set up (Learn what an SSL is and why every website needs one)
• 2 CPU cores of resources (for processing your site’s information)
• 2 GB space for storage (which is more than enough for most sites)
• Unlimited bandwidth for amount of visitors
• Access to cPanel

This standard plan is usually enough for most small organizations but we do have larger plans if needed and we can always move the site to a bigger plan when needed as the site grows.

What happens if something goes wrong with hosting?

There rarely are issues and often times we are notified by the server managers first if there are. If you are having trouble, you would contact us and we quickly take care of the issue and communicate with you regarding the status and reasoning of the problem. You do not need to wait on hold or try and decipher a technical answer.

Who do we host with?

Your site is not on a server that is in our garage. We rent a server that is professionally managed by a reputable hosting team. We have spent years hosting sites with terrible hosting companies and back in 2014 we were fed up with the terrible service and speed from big box companies that could care less about the sites they stuffed on their servers. Let us take care of the health of your website so you can focus on your business. It’s a bit like website insurance. We back up your site daily, update your plugins monthly, and monitor uptime and vulnerabilities.

Backups & Restoration

We offer automated daily backup services, securely storing your data for a period of 90 days. In the event of any issues, we can quickly restore your site using the most recent backup, providing minimal downtime.

Plugin, Theme, & WordPress Updates

Regularly updating your WordPress files, themes, and plugins is crucial for maintaining the overall health and security of your website. To ensure optimal performance and protection, we review and update these on a monthly basis.

Security Vulnerabilities

We monitor your site for vulnerabilities and troubleshoot their causes, which often stem from outdated plugins. This is an important step in preventing your site from being compromised by hackers or malware.

Uptime Monitoring

Our Website Care Plan provides us with immediate notification if your site is down. This enables us to promptly assess and address the underlying cause and we work quickly to make sure there is minimal disruption.

Search Rankings

In our monthly reports, you’ll receive insights on your Google search rankings for your selected keyword terms. Additionally, these reports provide a comparison of your website’s performance relative to your competitors.

Site Traffic

In our monthly report, you receive an analysis of your website’s traffic, comparing the number of visitors the month to the previous one. Additionally, it includes a few other basic statistical data to give you a understanding of your site’s performance.
